A social history of a long established charity in East London.

Do you know your neighbours? What does it mean to be neighbours, why is it important, how has it changed, what can it achieve? The film documents the work of a community group called Neighbours In Poplar (NIP) in the context of four decades of rapid social and economic change in East London. In amidst this flux, NIP, led by Sister Christine Frost, has galvanised generations of volunteers and funders to help a community look after itself. [2011, 40′]
