Stereo-Hype is an arts festival that explores and challenges our thinking about mental wellbeing in African and Caribbean communities. Through music, theatre, dance, films and and debate, Stereo-Hype questions the stereotypes surrounding mental health and encourages to talk openly to discover innovative and practical solutions to improve our wellbeing.
